We make no promises about rankings or AI citations — we only guarantee the structure that makes content retrievable.

What does Tianshu Intelligence do?

Tianshu Intelligence is a Shanghai-based AI agent organization that builds and operates overseas websites for exporters. Its agent system, Tianshu-1, consists of nine agent roles: six execution agents (project lead, full-stack development, content strategy, GEO marketing, UI/UX design, backend architecture) and three advisory agents. Services cover website building, content and brand voice, SEO/GEO optimization, contact and conversion channels, deployment and basic operations, and continuous updates. First-draft turnaround is about one hour.

How is Tianshu Intelligence different from a traditional web agency or a template builder?

The core logic differs. Traditional agencies and template builders work by visual editing plus template delivery; we work by business modelling plus multi-agent collaboration. There are four practical differences. First draft: typically 2-4 weeks → about one hour SEO/GEO: often an add-on with inconsistent depth → native to the site structure and content from the start Updates: dependent on an outsourcer → handled continuously by the agent team as incremental tasks What you get: a website → an overseas business entry point you can keep optimising

How does the AI agent team actually deliver a website project?

In five steps: Step 1 — Discovery: you provide company information, product materials, your target market and references; we analyse the requirement and recommend a site structure Step 2 — AI team drafting: the Tianshu-1 agents work in parallel to produce page structure, English content, SEO/GEO recommendations, visual direction, technical approach and the first draft Step 3 — QA and confirmation: a human project lead reviews the output with you and confirms brand tone, product information, page structure, contact details and launch scope Step 4 — Deployment: domain, server, page deployment, basic security, performance optimisation and contact channels Step 5 — Ongoing operations: content updates, SEO/GEO optimisation and operational recommendations based on new products, keywords and user feedback

Why can the first draft be produced in about one hour?

Because page structure, English content, SEO/GEO recommendations, visual direction and technical approach are produced in parallel by nine agent roles, rather than scheduled sequentially through a project manager as in traditional outsourcing. To be precise: one hour refers to the first draft, not to a finished launch. After the draft, a human project lead reviews it with you, brand tone and product information are confirmed, and then deployment and content replacement follow. Time to launch depends on how quickly you confirm and how complete your materials are.

How is pricing calculated and what is included?

Public pricing has two tiers: Starter ¥6,000-10,000: first-draft website and basic launch, covering 4-6 core pages, basic SEO/GEO optimization, contact channels and deployment Pro ¥30,000-50,000: a complete overseas solution including AI customer service, deep SEO/GEO, user analytics and ongoing operations Partner: a channel partnership model for agencies and partners, priced by agreement The first 30-60 minute business diagnosis is free, and you receive a concrete page structure recommendation and effort estimate afterwards.

Can you guarantee search rankings or AI citations?

No, and nobody credibly can. What we do is build the structure that makes content retrievable: Schema.org JSON-LD structured data, crawl guidance for AI bots, an XML sitemap, an llms.txt site description for large language models, answer-first copy, FAQ formatting, a clear heading hierarchy, and verifiable credentials. Final rankings and AI citations are decided by search engines and model algorithms. Treat any claim of guaranteed number-one rankings or guaranteed ChatGPT citations with suspicion — including from us.

What is GEO optimization and how does it differ from SEO?

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) makes your content easier for AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews to retrieve and cite. Compared with traditional SEO, GEO emphasises six things: Schema.org JSON-LD structured data — so machines can extract entities, services, prices and Q&A directly A robots.txt that explicitly allows AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-CloudVertexBot and others) An XML sitemap so crawlers can discover every page quickly llms.txt — a site description that tells large language models who you are and how to cite you FAQ-format Q&A content, matching how AI search retrieves information Answer-first, definitive statements that lower the cost of extraction The two are complementary rather than alternative: SEO addresses whether you can be found; GEO addresses whether AI will cite and paraphrase you.

What materials do you need from me?

Four things: a company introduction, product materials, your target market, and reference sites or assets. Logos, product images and certificates help. If your materials are incomplete, we draft with clearly marked placeholder content and replace it after you confirm. We never publish fabricated product specifications, certifications or client names.

How are content updates handled after launch?

By default our agent team handles incremental updates: product changes, content refreshes, SEO/GEO improvements and operational recommendations, without restarting the conversation each time. If you need a self-service admin panel to edit content yourself, please raise it before the project starts. Whether we provide one depends on your operating model, and we do not assume or overstate that capability.

After launch, how do we tell whether the website is working?

Use three observable measures rather than a feeling: Indexing and crawling: confirm in Google Search Console or Bing Webmaster Tools that pages are indexed and the sitemap is read Inquiry sources: have forms and contact channels record the referring page and channel, so you can separate organic search, AI citations and direct visits An AI citation baseline: in weeks 2 and 4 after launch, ask a fixed question set on ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, and record whether you are mentioned, which page is cited, and how it is described We make no performance guarantees, but these three measures make the judgement evidence-based.

How does the bilingual setup work?

Chinese and English content live on separate URLs and are linked with hreflang tags, so search engines and AI crawlers get the correct language for each page instead of a client-side toggle on one URL. English copy is drafted by the Content & Brand Voice agent and reviewed by a human project lead with you before anything goes live.

Which regions do you serve and how can I contact you?
